03 How booking works

Three steps to get out on the water

Message us on WhatsApp

Send the date, the length of trip and the number of guests. We’ll match the right yacht and quote the open slots.

50% deposit

Pay via bank transfer in Israel, the Bit app, or a Visa/Mastercard payment link. Balance on the day you sail.

Confirmed in 10 minutes

Once the deposit clears we lock the slot. The skipper calls the day before to confirm weather and the meeting point.

Frequent questions about booking and contact

What’s the fastest way to book?

WhatsApp at +972-52-516-0137. Send the date, trip length and number of guests — we answer within ten minutes during operating hours (09:00–22:00). For invoices or corporate contracts, email [email protected].

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer inside Israel, the Bit app, and Visa/Mastercard via a secure payment link. Walk-up 30-minute trips can be paid for on the dock. New immigrants (olim): we accept the Ministry of Aliyah voucher.

What languages do the skippers speak?

English, Hebrew and Russian, depending on who is on duty. Tell us your preferred language when you book and we’ll assign a skipper who speaks it.

What should I bring on board?

Swimwear, a towel, a light layer for the evening and sunscreen if you have a favourite brand. Life jackets in every size — including children’s — are on board. Champagne or fresh orange juice, bottled water, tea and Nespresso coffee are included.

What happens if the weather turns bad?

We reschedule at no extra cost. The skipper makes the safety call on the morning of departure based on real conditions. Your deposit stays with us and rolls over to the new date.
